About Us

I’m the founder of Opsyn Solutions, an operations consulting firm built specifically for construction businesses that have outgrown their systems.

After years working inside production homebuilding and subcontractor operations, I saw the same pattern over and over: strong companies scaling fast, but still running critical workflows manually, relying on people instead of process, and reacting instead of operating with clarity.

That’s where Opsyn comes in.

I help builders and subcontractors turn day-to-day chaos into structured, repeatable operations. This includes:

• Fixing purchasing, scheduling, and communication breakdowns

My work is hands-on and embedded. I spend time job-shadowing teams, documenting how work truly gets done, and building systems that fit the business, not forcing a one-size-fits-all solution.
