The Kinchen’s have been in the real estate business for over 30 years. Over this time we have developed hundreds of acres while helping countless families invest in their future. TKG was designed by the 3rd generation of real estate entrepreneurs in the Kinchen family in hopes to reach a broader clientele and expand the business for generations to come. TKG brings together qualified real estate professionals to have localized in-house expertise in operating markets. - Property Management...Our rent collection/rental property management team will take the burden of rental properties off your back. We enforce restrictions, have site visits, and ensure monthly collection of rent payments.
- Surveying...There is no job to big or too small. Whether marking boundary lines or creating new ones, our surveyor partners have years of experience to help with any project.
- Notary/Title...Our in house notary specializes in land conveyance and title work with years of experience in Louisiana law.
