Project Rebuild and Restore is a Leadership Livingston community service project aimed at rebuilding homes and restoring hope in Livingston Parish in the wake of the Great Flood of 2016.
Revitalization of the Denham Springs location post flood. The project group provided a new bingo machine, exercise equipment and a great morale boost at at time when it was needed most!
The Mighty Moms Restorative and Expansion Cooperative assists the Mighty Moms organization in getting back on their feet after the Great flood of 2016.
The Livingston Parish Arts Council Building is getting a makeover after the Leadership Livingston Class of 2019 adopted the long-awaited mural as their community service project.
The Leadership Team partnered with the Livingston Parish Chamber on their #LitterFreeLp initiative. They helped the Chamber secure over 500 signatures on the Litter Free Lp pledge.
The team wanted a project that would last long after graduation, that they could be proud of for years to come.
Soon the children of French Settlement and the surrounding areas will have a safe and beautiful playground. Construction to begin soon.
Louisiana Association of Challenged Adults is getting a makeover for its pavilion which is used for program participants and will be used for event rentals to bring in funding for the organization.
The M.E.A.L.S. food trailer (Meal Education & Awareness for Livingston Students) will travel between Junior High and High Schools in Livingston Parish starting in Fall 2020.
